Labor Law Counsel for Fast-Growth HR Ops

Voodoo in Paris is seeking an experienced HR Legal Counsel to support the HR Ops team on daily legal questions related to hiring, onboarding, immigration, employment relations, performance management, and offboarding.

You will review HR contracts and amendments, lead discussions with potential legal implications, and assist the VP HR in managing collective labor relations with employee representatives. Fluent in French and English required.
