Labor & Employee Relations Director - FR, IT & Iberia

Danaher is seeking a Labor & Employee Relations Director to shape strategy across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. You will advise senior HR and business leaders on labor risk, organizational change and workforce decisions, coordinating cross‑jurisdiction initiatives with works councils and unions.

You will lead complex investigations and restructurings, ensuring governance, compliance and alignment with local law, collective agreements and Danaher standards.
