Lab Test Mean Lead Engineer (f/m)
Location: Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing ground-based simulators and test benches to validate our cutting‑edge aircraft systems. As part of the Lab Test Means Team, you will contribute to architecture definitions, technical roadmap enhancements, and level‑2 troubleshooting to secure test infrastructure reliability and embed high‑fidelity simulation models.

Your challenges
- Act as the primary technical focal point for all engineering queries on your assigned Lab Test Means perimeter.
- Perform cost estimations, scheduling baselines, and feasibility studies for upcoming test rig upgrades.
- Coordinate and verify the execution of all hardware and software modifications and architectural corrections on rigs.
- Own level‑2 engineering support by driving complex troubleshooting operations for both hardware and software issues.
- Serve as the entry point for simulation model integration while managing all rig‑related safety compliance topics.
Your boarding pass
- Proven professional experience in test mean architecture, aircraft systems engineering, or hardware‑in‑the‑loop simulation.
- Broad multi‑system technical background including wiring, electrical/electronics, and software integration.
- Hands‑on expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting frameworks (familiarity with VCOM tools is a plus).
- Demonstrated track record in technical coordination and small‑scale project management (planning and estimation).
- Full professional fluency in French is mandatory, combined with a good command of technical English.
