L2 M365 Engineer - Messaging & Collaboration M / F / X
Job Description
You will join our international IT team to provide Level 2 administration and technical support for Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration platforms, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Monday.com, supporting 16,000 users across 19 countries. As an escalation point for L1, you will resolve complex platform incidents, execute migrations, and maintain the knowledge base to enable L1 teams. You will ensure reliable coverage for 24x5 shifts and collaborate with L3 and vendors for cross‑team resolutions.
Your Missions
- Provide Level 2 support and administration for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Monday.com platforms
- Act as an escalation point for L1 support, resolving complex incidents autonomously
- Execute data migrations using tools such as ShareGate or SPMT
- Maintain and update the knowledge base for L1 enablement and documentation
- Administer and govern permissions, external sharing, and site management in SharePoint Online
- Manage mailbox administration, mail flow rules, connectors, anti‑spam, and diagnostics in Exchange Online
- Oversee OneDrive for Business sync policies, quota management, and known folder move
- Administer Monday.com workspaces, boards, user and licence management, and workflow automation
- Utilize Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Azure AD/Entra ID for user and licence management
- Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for incident resolution and platform improvements
- Ensure reliable availability for weekend P1 on‑call and 24x5 shift coverage
Your Profile
- Experience in Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration administration (minimum 3 years recommended)
- Proficiency with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Monday.com administration
- Experience with data migration tools such as ShareGate or SPMT
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Azure AD/Entra ID, and ServiceNow
- Experience using PowerShell for M365 administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong documentation discipline for knowledge base production
- Clear communication of complex platform issues to non‑technical users across multiple countries
- Collaborative mindset for coordinating cross‑team resolutions
- Structured problem‑solving skills and ability to identify recurring incidents
- Reliable availability for weekend P1 on‑call and shift work
