Schedule

24x5 shift; candidates must work morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 infrastructure and network support for servers, virtualization, networks, and firewalls across 12 client subsidiaries remotely.
• Act as the technical backbone for branch IT operations, assisting local IT teams with complex incidents.
• Manage global endpoint rollouts and application packaging via Workspace ONE UEM.
• Administer and patch Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Ubuntu operating systems.
• Oversee VMware VCF (vSphere/vSAN) virtualization management.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Administer storage and backup solutions.
• Troubleshoot and administer Arista, Cisco, and HP switches.
• Manage and patch Checkpoint/Gaia firewalls, VPN, and perimeter security.
• Handle incident, request, and change management via ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure and network support (4 to 6 years).
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu administration and OS patching.
• Experience with VMware VCF (vSphere/vSAN) virtualization management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience in storage and backup administration.
• Proficiency in Arista, Cisco, HP switch administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Checkpoint/Gaia firewall management and OS patching.
• Knowledge of VPN and perimeter security.
• Experience with Workspace ONE UEM for application packaging and global rollout management.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.
• Fluent in English.
• Demonstrate high autonomy, strong analytical and diagnostic capability, clear written communication, reliability and accountability in an SLA-driven environment, cybersecurity awareness, and structured handover discipline for shift-based work.
