• Deliver printer support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Assist with WiFi network connections and basic network configuration
• Perform data migration tasks between systems and devices
• Provide hardware support including setup, maintenance, and repairs
• Ensure minimal downtime during the short‑term backfill period
