KYC Supervisor — Fintech Compliance Lead (Freelance)

Swan is seeking a highly motivated KYC Supervisor (Freelance) to join our rapidly expanding team. You will bridge strategy and execution, dedicating hands-on time to complex alerts while coaching and developing the team. Onboarding and training will be key, with focus on strict compliance to AML/CFT regulations.

You will review KYC/KYB cases, resolve edge situations, and drive improvements across the risk and product teams. Fluent English required; German/Dutch/French/Spanish/Italian a plus.
