KYC QA Analyst
Job description
As Swan scales rapidly, quality becomes mission‑critical. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our KYC operations, executing L1 controls that keep our onboarding process both compliant and consistent. You’ll work closely with Team Supervisors and the QA Manager to spot procedural gaps, document findings with precision, and feed directly into the continuous improvement of our quality framework.
The KYC team thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values technical precision, and turns operational findings into better procedures and tools.
Your mission
Your primary mission is to safeguard the integrity of our onboarding process by executing high‑volume L1 controls with a high degree of technical precision.
Main tasks
- Execute L1 controls with precision to ensure 100% alignment with internal KYC procedures
- Monitor high‑volume onboarding queues to guarantee that all quality checks are completed within required SLAs
- Document granular findings and root causes to provide the data necessary for procedural improvements
- Collaborate with supervisors and the QA Manager to relay on‑the‑ground insights that help refine the QA framework
Your team
Our KYC department is organized into specialized teams managing distinct onboarding flows, including Capital Deposits, France, and Foreign markets. You’ll uphold quality across all these streams by working closely with Team Supervisors, the QA Manager, and the Head of KYC. As a fast‑scaling fintech, we operate with a scalability‑first mindset, frequently partnering with Product and Compliance to optimize our tooling and evolve toward a more risk‑based approach.
Preferred experience
You’re a great match if:
- You possess a sharp eye for detail and an audit mindset, allowing you to spot procedural gaps that others might miss.
- You bring more than 2 years of hands‑on experience in KYC, AML, or CDD, specifically within a regulated fintech or banking environment.
- You thrive on high‑volume productivity and take pride in maintaining a clean, zero‑backlog queue without sacrificing quality.
- You are an effective communicator who can translate complex compliance findings into clear, actionable feedback for your peers and stakeholders.
