Kondor - 4 Sight - Business Analyst - Capital Markets

Project description

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong exposure to Capital Markets to support the evolution of Front Office IT solutions (Kondor/4Sight). The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to support the migration of these systems into a new treasury IT solution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business teams (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office) and IT teams
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements related to Capital Markets activities
• Participate in support of Capital Markets software solutions (e.g. Kondor, 4 Sight)
• Define functional specifications, workflows, and data models
• Support system configuration, testing activities (UAT, regression tests), and production deployment
• Analyze and optimize business processes related to trading, risk, valuation, or post-trade activities
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions
• Support Day-to-Day Activities and monitoring

Must have

• Previous experience in Capital Markets within an Asset Servicer, Asset Manager, or Investment Bank
• Proven track record in the implementation of Capital Markets packaged solutions, such as:o Kondoro 4Sight
• Strong understanding of Front Office (FO) processes
• Trade lifecycle (execution, confirmation, settlement)
• Financial instruments (derivatives, equities, fixed income, FX, etc.)
• Risk management, pricing, valuation, or collateral management (depending on scope)
• Business and functional analysis
• Requirements documentation and process modeling
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as French are a plus
• Exposure to data flows, interfaces, and system integration
• Background in SQL or data analysis tools
