YOUR ROLE

As CFM’s research teams continue to grow, we are creating a dedicated Knowledge Manager role to structure, preserve and share scientific knowledge in a scalable way, while respecting intellectual property constraints and maintaining a strong research culture.

The Knowledge Manager will design and drive CFM’s research knowledge management strategy, improving access to internal expertise, reducing knowledge loss, and supporting scientific collaboration and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structure and maintain research knowledge bases and documentation.
• Improve or redesign knowledge-sharing tools and search capabilities.
• Build a searchable map of internal research expertise.
• Curate internal and external scientific resources (papers, books, tutorials).
• Encourage documentation of both successful and unsuccessful research efforts.
• Support and animate scientific events (seminars, crash courses, journal clubs).
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams and seniority levels.

YOUR SKILLS

• Strong scientific background (PhD or equivalent preferred).
• Experience or strong interest in research environments.
• Interest in knowledge management, collaborative tools, and AI.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with researchers and management.
