Kitchen Operations Manager

Opaa! Food Management is seeking a Kitchen Manager to direct day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring our standards and health regulations are met. You will supervise staff, manage production, and maintain inventory, while upholding Opaa!’s core values and safety policies.

The role requires hands-on leadership, training across stations, and strict adherence to menu plans and timekeeping procedures. Previous HACCP experience is preferred.
