Role Overview

Join NEXTON as a Key User SAP / Microsoft Dynamics to provide functional support and expertise in CRM and invoicing tools. You will work with European subsidiaries to optimize tool use and ensure service continuity.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will be functional support, incident management, coordination, and communication. You will analyze and treat incidents, facilitate exchanges between subsidiaries and central support, and maintain operational procedures.

Requirements

• Expertise in functional support of business applications
• Mastery of SAP (specifically on invoicing processes)
• Confirmed knowledge of CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SALSA)
• Mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment and ServiceNow
• Significant experience in an international and multi-filial environment
• Excellent communication skills and a real sense of customer service
• Autonomy, reporting sense, and ability to manage priorities
