Key Account Manager / Responsable Grands Comptes (Sud-Ouest)

Responsibilities

• Prospect targeted Grand Accounts in the sector, identify and target potential among Veterinary Hospitals and Clinics that do not work with Antech, or only partially work with Antech.
• Conduct targeted visits with a careful commercial approach, maintain regular contact with Grand Accounts prospects, and manage difficult negotiations; provide close support during start-ups and monitor the first weeks of collaboration to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Drive growth of Antech Grand Accounts in the sector by analyzing prescription trends and revenue from key clients; pursue exclusivity in collaboration, promote all catalog analyses, educate client teams on increasing prescription of analyses and implementing new ranges and analyses; ensure high client retention through ongoing follow-up and customer satisfaction.
• Support development of veterinary clinic groups and networks in the sector; serve as the main point of contact for Antech with executives of GIE and veterinary clinic networks in the Southwest; establish or renew commercial contracts with these groups; monitor and analyze performance against contractual commitments and objectives; regularly engage leadership teams to review performance; ensure compliance with group/chain guidelines for member clinics using Antech solutions; assist Accounts Receivable with year-end discounts and retrocessions as contractually planned, if applicable.
