Develop our network of sales partners across the region. Combine proactive business development with strategic account management. Analyze the target region and identify market potential. Establish new customer relationships and persuade potential sales partners. Support commercial projects from first contact through contract signing. Continuously develop existing relationships and identify new opportunities.

Requirements
- Identify market opportunities and proactively develop new business
- Comfortable in industrial environments, particularly metallurgy, industrial manufacturing, machinery, or technical B2B sectors
- Understand economic drivers, industrial processes, and investment cycles
- Build and develop complex B2B relationships professionally
- Think analytically and evaluate projects from a commercial perspective
- Communicate persuasively and negotiate confidently
- Enjoy building a network and establishing long-term business relationships
- Interested in digital business models and e-business solutions
- Proficient with CRM systems, social networks, and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in French and able to communicate in English
- Willing to travel regularly within France, primarily in the northern region
