About the role

In the commercial development of the new Mistertemp’ Plus platform, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to pilot acquisition and loyalty strategy with healthcare institutions, while developing opportunities in other sectors such as industry and retail, in direct collaboration with leadership and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and negotiating with target institutions (private clinics, public hospitals, health spas, etc.).
• Conducting commercial negotiations until signature.
• Building and maintaining an active portfolio of large accounts.
• Training and coaching SDRs on prospecting and qualification techniques for the healthcare market.
• Supporting leadership on high‑stake accounts, preparing arguments, pricing grids and commercial proposals.
• Assisting agency directors in local commercial activities, coordinating key client follow‑up and sharing best practices.
• Scanning and responding to public and private procurement opportunities, coordinating drafting and delivery of bid dossiers, analyzing outcomes and ensuring post‑bid follow‑up.
• Regularly following up on active accounts (reviews, reporting, action plans), anticipating needs, driving upsell and cross‑sell, and ensuring high partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experienced in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in healthcare, with long and complex sales cycles including public procurement.
• Proficient with CRM and reporting tools.
• Ability to structure, coach, and enable a commercial team.
• Natural leader with pedagogical skills, results‑oriented, tenacious, capable of working cross‑functionally.
• Autonomous, organized, meticulous, and highly focused on client relationship quality and service.
