About the role
In the context of our digital transformation, we are accelerating the development of galerieslafayette.com and strengthening our Marketplace team. Your responsibility will be to animate and develop a portfolio of partner brands while actively contributing to the overall strategy and performance of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a privileged relationship with Marketplace partners, becoming their central interlocutor on business, operational, technical, and customer service matters.
- Drive partner performance, identify growth levers, analyze results, monitor sales, and build action plans to optimize their activity.
- Ensure catalogue quality, guaranteeing a fluid and inspiring browsing experience that meets Galeries Lafayette’s standards of selection and staging.
- Improve the customer experience by guiding brands to our quality standards, anticipating friction points, proposing optimizations, and rigorously following up customer service with internal teams.
- Handle complaints promptly, ensuring an impeccable marketplace experience.
- In partnership with the Junior Account Manager in alternation, support brand visibility on the site by driving commercial operations, promotions, trade marketing actions, and fully integrating them into platform highlights.
- Support brands in the Go For Good initiative, a strong marker of the group’s responsible engagement.
Qualifications
- At least two years of successful experience in Marketplace (brand or operator).
- A passion for fashion and an affinity for trends.
- Strong technological awareness, anticipating innovations and adopting new technologies with enthusiasm.
- Ability to engage teams, cultivating a supportive and motivating environment to help the company reach its objectives.
- Client‑oriented mindset and genuine ambassador of our brand, building trusted relations and providing personalized experiences.
- Proficiency with Mirakl and Google Analytics.
