As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Key Account Manager based in Paris to nurture and expand relationships with strategic global beauty clients while ensuring flawless execution from brief through to production.
The Role
The Key Account Manager will act as the primary commercial and operational contact for assigned accounts, responsible for strengthening partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering an outstanding client experience.
This role requires a highly organised, commercially astute professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership
- Manage and develop relationships with key global beauty accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders across procurement, product development, and marketing
- Build trusted‑partner status through proactive communication and problem‑solving
Commercial Ownership
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and annual business reviews
- Monitor account profitability and support forecasting activities
Project Execution
- Coordinate closely with design, technical, supply chain, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring launches meet critical market deadlines
- Anticipate risks and resolve challenges before they impact the client
Strategic Contribution
- Identify emerging brand needs, industry trends, and whitespace opportunities
- Support long‑term account strategy and contribute to broader commercial planning
- Represent the business in client meetings, development sessions, and industry events
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years’ experience in account management or commercial roles within luxury packaging, beauty, fragrance, or a related manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated success managing complex, high‑value accounts
- Strong understanding of packaging development cycles and production processes
- Highly commercial with confident negotiation skills
- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities
- Fluent English required; French strongly preferred
- Ability to operate effectively within an international matrix environment
