Job Responsibilities

  • Secure and grow the partnership with the assigned retail client by independently managing the portfolio of stores.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to identify and pursue commercial opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a true client partner, anticipating customer needs, strengthening relationships, and identifying new stakeholders to engage and retain.
  • Execute the commercial coverage plan through prospecting, development of marketing action plans, and securing meetings with key decision‑makers.
  • Serve as a liaison for local marketing initiatives, contributing to the design, deployment, and optimisation of activation programs.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects to enhance departmental expertise and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Business School, University or equivalent) with strong business, marketing, and commercial skills, including experience in retail as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, prospecting, and a strong retail mindset.
  • Data‑driven approach and ability to leverage data to optimise performance.
  • Curiosity, listening skills, persistence and a client‑centric, commercial mindset.
  • Marketing sensibility and ability to analyse campaign performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Language of work: French.

Useful Information

  • Contract: Permanent (CDI)
  • Remote Work: Up to 3 days per week
  • Travel: Limited; most meetings via Teams
  • Location address: Boulogne‑Billancourt (Marcel Sembat)
