Key Account Manager (F/H)

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a network of influence with assigned clients.
- Promote the full Pluxee offer directly and indirectly with those clients.
- Listen to and diagnose client expectations and needs.
- Sell and negotiate tailored solutions.
- Retain and grow the client portfolio.
- Apply the company’s commercial policy.
- Increase the profitability of assigned contracts and realize their full potential.
- Identify cross selling opportunities.
- Design, lead, and implement profitable, market aligned solutions.
Qualifications
- Results oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation skills for complex deals.
- Experience in network animation and management.
- Comfortable with digital tools.
- Adaptable, positive, dynamic, autonomous with initiative.
- Enjoys teamwork.
