Key Account Manager (F/H)

Pluxee provides employee benefits and engagement solutions. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding key client relationships to support company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a network of influence with assigned clients.
  • Promote the full Pluxee offer directly and indirectly with those clients.
  • Listen to and diagnose client expectations and needs.
  • Sell and negotiate tailored solutions.
  • Retain and grow the client portfolio.
  • Apply the company’s commercial policy.
  • Increase the profitability of assigned contracts and realize their full potential.
  • Identify cross selling opportunities.
  • Design, lead, and implement profitable, market aligned solutions.

Qualifications

  • Results oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex deals.
  • Experience in network animation and management.
  • Comfortable with digital tools.
  • Adaptable, positive, dynamic, autonomous with initiative.
  • Enjoys teamwork.
