Key Account Manager (Pure Players)
Position is based in Paris offices (Hybrid - 3 days a week).
Role Purpose
The Key Account Manager - Pure Players is responsible for managing, expanding, and accelerating SharkNinja’s eCommerce performance across a portfolio of Pure Players (excluding Amazon). Designed for high‑potential digital commercial talent ready to operate in a hyper‑growth environment, this role requires a strong capacity to open new accounts, build a scalable framework, and elevate online execution standards.
What You’ll Do
- Account Management & Business Development: manage, grow, and strategically develop a portfolio of Pure Players (e.g., Cdiscount, MaxiCoffee).
- Identify, prospect, and open new Pure Player accounts to expand SharkNinja’s online footprint.
- Build scalable business plans to accompany the growth of new partners from onboarding to maturity.
- Negotiate annual agreements, trade terms, visibility packages, and co‑marketing plans to support long‑term growth.
- Shape and structure a hybrid portfolio combining established accounts and high‑potential emerging players.
- Create standardized processes and toolkits to accelerate future account expansion.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to secure resources (content, media, supply, forecast…) needed to unlock hyper‑growth.
- Drive flawless execution of digital fundamentals: product content quality, SEO, A+ pages, search optimization, onsite merchandising, ratings & reviews.
- Monitor and optimize eKPIs: conversion rate, share of search, traffic sources, buy box, inventory health.
- Lead the digital activation of new product launches to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Analyze performance weekly: sell‑in, sell‑out, P&L impact, stock, profitability, funnels.
- Identify growth levers and propose clear, data‑driven action plans.
- Build and lead quarterly business reviews with partners and internal teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Digital, SS&A, Supply Chain, Finance.
- Share competitive insights, consumer behaviors, and digital trends to influence strategy.
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with buyers, eCommerce leaders, digital merchandisers, operations managers, and marketing contacts.
- Act as an advisor by bringing insights, recommendations, and category knowledge.
What You’ll Bring
Experience
- 3 to 5 years in Key Account Management, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience with Pure Players or Marketplaces strongly appreciated – but not mandatory if strong digital skills and commercial acumen.
- Experience in hyper‑growth or business building is a plus (scale‑up, portfolio expansion, opening accounts…).
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, SDA, FMCG, Tech, or Lifestyle industries is a plus.
Skills
- Strong digital & analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and propose actions.
- Knowledge of eRetail fundamentals: SEO/SEM basics, content optimization, digital merchandising, eRetail media.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self‑starter, proactive, solutions‑oriented.
- Comfortable navigating fast pace, quick decision‑making, and evolving environments.
- Fluent in French & English.
