Key Account Manager – France (all genders)

We are looking for a Key Account Manager France who develops these channels strategically, builds new partnerships and scales existing accounts – with a clear focus on revenue growth, brand presence and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Development: Build and develop our specialty channels in France: pharmacies, travel retail, online retail and concept stores.
  • Account Management: Manage existing partners and win new customers through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.
  • Promotions & Trade Marketing: Plan promotional activities, secondary placements and point‑of‑sale materials in close collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, regulatory and e‑commerce to ensure smooth execution.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Spot trends, identify new distribution opportunities and develop strategies tailored to the French market.
  • Trade Shows & Partner Events: Represent Glow25 at industry trade shows and customer meetings across France.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in key account management, ideally with a focus on pharmacies, travel retail or online retail.
  • A background in FMCG, beauty or health.
  • A structured, self‑driven way of working with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Fluent French and English; German is a plus.
  • Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system.
