Key Account Manager - Energy Storage System (ESS) (f/m/d)
Overview
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager – Energy Storage System (ESS) (w/m/d) to join our Paris team.
Minth Group is expanding its European Energy Storage business, focusing on:
- Battery structural components
- Battery PACK & Module solutions
- ESS cabinets and enclosures
- Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Target customers include battery manufacturers, ESS integrators, EPC companies, utilities, renewable energy developers, and industrial customers. The role focuses on large accounts and strategic projects across Europe.
Responsibilities
In this role, you are expected to be responsible for:
- Develop key accounts and large-scale ESS projects in Europe.
- Drive B2B sales of battery structural parts, PACK / Module components, and ESS cabinet solutions.
- Build relationships with major ESS players, EPCs, utilities, and industrial customers.
- Lead commercial activities from RFQ to contract closing.
- Coordinate with engineering, program, and manufacturing teams.
- Support project quotation, delivery follow-up, and customer management.
- Monitor European ESS market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:
- 5+ years experience in Energy Storage, Battery Systems, Renewable Energy, or Industrial Equipment.
- Existing network in European ESS industry preferred.
- Experience managing key accounts or large industrial projects.
- Fluent English required; French or German is a plus.
- Able to travel frequently across Europe.
