Job Description
Axis Communications is looking for a Key Account Manager - End Customers. The role involves driving sales for selected end-customer companies and developing and implementing business plans for existing and new large end customers.

Proven sales experience with a strong business acumen, mainly in selling high-value solutions. Ability to take initiative, challenge existing processes, and suggest improvements. Outstanding customer-needs understanding and ability to craft tailored value propositions. Transparent, loyal, committed team player with a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned accounts.
- Develop business plans and map accounts within their complexity.
- Strategically manage accounts to deepen the Axis relationship across product lines, markets, and geographies.
- Identify and influence key stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
- Coordinate activities across sales, business development, marketing, sales engineering, and post-sales support.
- Participate in selected associations, tradeshows, market events, and congresses to build brand awareness and uncover opportunities.
- Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years in sales, ideally in France, handling national or key accounts for large end customers.
- Experience with indirect B2B sales.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure preferred.
- Experience managing complex sales in fast-paced environments.
- Strong account management and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market is an advantage.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
