About the Role
The role is to develop a portfolio of strategic accounts in the health sector, working directly with C‑level stakeholders to structure and sign complex, custom projects, ensuring alignment between business ambition and delivery. The position is part of a trajectory toward a Partner role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close new opportunities (focus on health).
- Build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Lead complex sales cycles until signature.
- Prospect via networking, events, and partner channels.
- Serve as the primary contact for decision makers (C‑level, CTO, business units).
- Detect new needs and generate upsell opportunities.
- Deliver value regularly through pitches, insights, and use‑case presentations.
- Co‑construct proposals with a Solution Architect.
- Negotiate terms (scope, pricing, start dates).
- Ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project teams.
- Supervise contracts, quotations, and invoicing.
Qualifications
- 3 to 8 years of experience in complex sales to C‑level, with at least 3 years in consulting.
- Knowledge of HealthTech challenges and the ability to open new accounts.
- Mastery of account management techniques and methodologies.
- Strong appetite for technology and a good understanding of digital products.
- Leadership skills to mobilize colleagues in complex sales cycles.
