Overview

  • Own, manage, and scale a portfolio of strategic AC customers within your assigned territory
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies to hit and exceed revenue, market share, and profitability targets
  • Lead the entire sales process—from initial discovery and qualifying high-value opportunities to complex proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Actively build a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and representing the company at major industry events
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders to analyze performance, provide insights, and uncover new growth areas

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B Key Account Management or New Business Sales
  • Hybrid Seller: mix of a "Hunter" and a "Farmer"
  • Expert in solution-selling with the ability to navigate long sales cycles and multi-site project deployments
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers
  • Disciplined with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Deep understanding of the EV infrastructure landscape is a significant plus.
