Sedus France is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage and grow our strategic key accounts. You’ll be the main point of contact for our key clients, combining relationship‑building with commercial savvy to drive profitable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own and nurture relationships with strategic key accounts
- Identify new opportunities and potential new key accounts
- Identify and act on sales, upselling, and cross‑selling opportunities
- Present tailored solutions and negotiate contracts
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors
- Coordinate with internal teams (Workspace Design, Project & Product Management, Customer Service, Operations)
- Maintain CRM data and report on performance
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Empathy, enthusiasm, and solution‑oriented thinking
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and self‑organization abilities
- Team player with solid sales and industry knowledge
- Main language French, fluent in English
