Manpower Croatia for Adix Paper , a company created through the merger of two Croatian paper factories - DELT Papir and Cup Up, developing innovative brands such as Tubeless, Nord, and Olala, is looking for ideal candidate for the position of Key Account Manager (m/f) .

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager for the French market to drive growth of the professional brand portfolio within the Away-from-Home (AfH) segment .

This is a remote, field-based role within France, requiring frequent travel and direct engagement with distributors, wholesalers, and end customers across the professional hygiene market (HoReCa, healthcare, offices, public institutions, industry).

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for the professional Away-from-Home (AfH) segment in France
  • Drive market expansion and strengthen brand positioning across AfH distribution channels
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while developing and expanding existing key accounts
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers through regular visits, business reviews, and strategic account planning
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage pricing strategy to ensure sustainable revenue growth and margin achievement
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs to maintain competitive advantage
  • Deliver sales targets in line with defined KPIs and growth objectives
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English (professional working proficiency required)
  • Knowledge of Croatian or a related language is considered an advantage
  • Proven track record in the hygiene paper industry; experience in the Away-from-Home segment is highly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated negotiation and account development skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a field-based role
  • Valid Category B driver’s license
