As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an Italy Export Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to join the PARFEX Sales team in Grasse. Are you keen to combine business development, olfactory expertise and an international environment? This could be the opportunity for you.

What You Will Bring

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field
• At least five years’ experience in a comparable sales role
• Excellent olfactory knowledge and a strong understanding of fragrance raw materials

Strong Negotiation Skills And Excellent Interpersonal Abilities

• Fluency in English and Italian
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• A collaborative mindset, strong customer focus and a supportive approach

Your mission: accelerate our growth in Italy

As a member of the Sales team, you will develop and establish PARFEX’s long-term presence in the Italian fragrance market across fine fragrance, skincare and home care. Your objective will be to build a strong customer portfolio and turn market opportunities into sustainable growth.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role at the interface between customers, the market and our internal teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

Business development

• Identify and convert new business opportunities in the Italian market
• Define and implement a development strategy tailored to the market’s priorities
• Maintain active market intelligence on trends, competitors and local dynamics
• Represent PARFEX at trade shows and industry events

Key account management

• Develop, retain and grow a portfolio of strategic customers
• Build lasting, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Understand local market requirements, including olfactory preferences, price positioning and regulatory constraints
• Oversee project follow‑up in coordination with internal teams

Internal coordination

• Translate customer needs into clear, actionable briefs
• Work closely with the Creation, Marketing and Evaluation teams to develop tailored proposals
• Contribute actively to the development of commercial offers and olfactory concepts
• Act as the link between market expectations and product development teams

Operational management

• Prepare and monitor sales forecasts
• Manage budgets and drive delivery against performance targets
• Monitor key indicators, including revenue, margins, pipeline, conversion rate and customer receivables
• Provide regular reporting on the strategy implemented and the results achieved
