Key Account Management Team

The Key Account Management team’s purpose is to keep key accounts growing. We are hiring a Key Account Manager for Public Sector accounts (ministries and other public entities).

Responsibilities

  • Handle a portfolio of strategic Public Sector accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan health partner positioning to drive adoption.
  • Analyze and present consumption reports through business reviews.
  • Identify and execute innovative initiatives to engage existing customers.
  • Negotiate contracts to deliver value for customers while ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • Act as the voice of customers in product discussions.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in a customer‑facing role with frequent interactions with C‑Levels.
  • Full working proficiency in French (excellent oral and written communication).
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Experience dealing with large organisations and possibly unions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with tact and empathy.
  • Expertise in positive lobbying and building long‑term stakeholder relationships.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort presenting deep data analysis.
  • Excellent active listening and follow‑up communication.
  • Growth mindset – adaptable to new trends and in depth understanding of the health insurance market.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux or Marseille.
  • Nice to have: previous experience in insurance or benefits; experience with public sector.
  • We are seeking a C1‑E level professional.
