Overview
Key Account Manager (France) to drive the development of premium brands across selected European markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales of school, fine arts and stationery products with key accounts and existing customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers in the regions, ensuring strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, distribution channels and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with HQ teams including Sales, Marketing, Communication, and Customer Service to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
- Travel regularly across assigned markets and periodically attend meetings at the headquarters in Italy.
Attitudes & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in a commercial role in B2C companies, with strong customer focus and key account management.
- Preferably some knowledge in the world of Fine Arts, paper craft and/or school supplies, stationery.
- Excellent sales skills dealing with entrepreneurial customers.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about innovation.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation leadership.
- Good analytical skills, strong knowledge of Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Proficient in French and English, both spoken and written.
