Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to accelerate Aiper's growth across Europe by developing and managing strategic partnerships with leading pool industry distributors and retailers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building long‑term commercial relationships, driving sustainable revenue growth, executing joint business plans, and increasing Aiper's market presence across Europe.

This is a highly visible commercial role requiring strong strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of the European pool industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans aligned with customer objectives and Aiper's commercial strategy.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, profitability, and market share objectives across assigned accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand product listings, and increase sell‑in and sell‑through performance.
  • Lead annual commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotional programs, product launches, and commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure successful execution of customer initiatives.
  • Analyze customer performance, market trends, competitive activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Forecast sales accurately and manage account pipelines to support business planning.
  • Represent Aiper at customer meetings, industry exhibitions, and trade events throughout Europe.
  • Serve as the voice of strategic customers internally, providing market feedback to support product development and business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of Key Account Management or Business Development experience within consumer electronics, home appliances, durable consumer goods, outdoor products, or the swimming pool industry.
  • Proven experience managing large strategic accounts in Europe, preferably including Fluidra, SCP Europe, PoolCorp, or similar distribution partners.
  • Strong understanding of European distribution channels and retail ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations and delivering sustainable sales growth.
  • Experience managing complex cross‑functional projects across multiple countries.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (approximately 40–60%).
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing network within the European pool equipment industry.
  • Experience with robotic products, smart home devices, or premium consumer hardware brands.
  • Experience working in a fast‑growing international company.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, omnichannel retail, or e‑commerce ecosystems is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple European languages (Spanish, French, German, or Italian) is highly desirable.
