Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture C‑suite relationships to uncover critical business challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored, enterprise‑grade solutions that align with client needs.
• Lead high‑stakes negotiations for multi‑million‑dollar contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Serve as the client voice within FICO, influencing product roadmaps.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive account expansion and profitability.
• Represent FICO as a trusted advisor, staying ahead of industry trends.

What We’re Seeking

• Proven senior‑level experience managing strategic relationships with senior executives in large financial institutions.
• Track record structuring and closing complex, multi‑million‑dollar deals, including SaaS solutions.
• Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending.
• Experience with machine learning, AI, decision management, or optimization technologies.
• Strategic vision and execution skills to craft joint business plans.
• Growth mindset, strong soft skills, resilience, and collaborative leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to maintain close partnership with the client.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
