Key Account Manager, Medical Aesthetics, Paris
This role is centred around managing and developing strategic clinic and KOL relationships across Paris and Northern France. You will drive commercial growth through a combination of key account management, partnership development and close collaboration with leading aesthetic practitioners and opinion leaders.
You will take ownership of a portfolio of high value strategic accounts, building long term relationships that strengthen both commercial performance and medical education activity within the market.
Operating at the centre of commercial strategy, clinic development and KOL engagement, you will work closely with clinic owners, injectors, trainers and internal stakeholders to expand portfolio adoption and strengthen market presence across injectables and aesthetic medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic aesthetic clinic accounts across Paris and Northern France
- Identify, map and convert new high potential clinic partnerships within the medical aesthetics sector
- Drive sales growth through increased product adoption, account expansion and long term customer retention
- Build strong relationships with clinic owners, aesthetic practitioners, injectors and senior decision makers
- Lead commercial negotiations and partnership discussions with strategic accounts
- Work closely with internal commercial, marketing and medical education teams to coordinate partnership activity
- Support the development of medical education initiatives and scientific collaborations linked to strategic accounts
- Maintain a strong presence throughout the full sales cycle, ensuring consistent account engagement and visit frequency
- Collaborate with regional sales colleagues to support the development of selected high potential accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with French key opinion leaders, trainers, scientific board members and university stakeholders
- Support the identification, onboarding and ongoing development of KOL partnerships and medical education faculty
- Represent the business at congresses, workshops, conferences and industry events
- Provide ongoing market intelligence relating to competitor activity, clinic trends and market developments
- Maintain accurate CRM management, reporting and compliance with internal procedures and medical device regulations
What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience within medical aesthetics, ideally within injectables and strategic account management
- Strong experience managing key accounts and developing relationships with leading aesthetic clinics and KOLs
- Proven ability to drive commercial growth through structured account development and partnership management
- Strong understanding of the French medical aesthetics market, clinic dynamics and competitive environment
- Credibility with aesthetic practitioners, injectors and senior clinic stakeholders, able to influence both clinical and commercial discussions
- Commercial confidence in negotiations, partnership development and strategic account planning
- Ability to work cross functionally with sales, marketing and medical education teams in a collaborative project based environment
- Structured and disciplined approach to CRM management, reporting and territory planning
- Comfortable operating within a fast moving, growth focused medical aesthetics business
- Professional English language capability
- Based in the Paris region with flexibility for regional travel
