Key Account Manager

Job Title: Key Account Manager - Foodservice Packaging

Location: BENELUX + DACH regions

Irving Knight are partnered with a leading global packaging company who are seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee the BENELUX and DACH region who will take full commercial ownership of a strategically significant customer portfolio.

Job Overview:

• Strengthen customer relationships and engage in new business opportunities.
• Develop sales plans and manage budgets to achieve targets.
• Lead and enhance forecasting processes to monitor market trends.
• Oversee the complaints process and collaborate to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on market developments and customer activities.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written), with German language skills being highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with proven experience in the manufacturing industry (ideally packaging)
• Experience in the packaging industry or a similar technical, multi-stakeholder environment is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in building and maintaining long-term strategic customer relationships.
• Demonstrated track record of driving continuous commercial improvement and delivering consistent sales success.
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is a strong advantage.
