Key Account Management support France / Import
The role of Key Account Management support France / Import is essential in delivering dedicated, high‑quality service to our industrial clients. In this position, you support a team of field sales representatives, contribute to a positive customer experience, and ensure compliance with appropriate administrative processes. Thanks to your proactive, dynamic, and service‑oriented approach, you make a significant contribution to long‑term customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities
- You manage the end‑to‑end commercial flow, including purchasing and sales activities, quotations, order creation, stock management, and supplier negotiations;
- You advise customers on solutions tailored to their needs and contribute to the development of new product opportunities;
- You work closely with the various departments involved in customer order execution in France and internationally (supply chain, warehouse, quality, etc.);
- You manage orders and planning in collaboration with our regular production partners;
- You ensure excellent customer satisfaction through impeccable service and high‑quality communication. LC Packaging places great importance on building strong and lasting customer relationships.
Your profile
- You are a strong team player and are able to engage colleagues around the company’s challenges;
- You are proactive and able to switch quickly from one task to another — no two days are the same;
- You have strong commercial awareness and a high level of enthusiasm: you enjoy taking on challenges and do not give up easily;
- Knowledge of an ERP and/or CRM system is considered an asset;
- You are eager to learn and develop yourself. You are not expected to master all aspects of the role from day one — your future colleagues will support you;
- You have a good command of both French and English, written and spoken (with opportunities to further improve).
A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally with a specialization in international trade.
