Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Equally responsible for active support of end customers from the OEM and EMS sectors in France.
• Acquire new customers and support existing clients in procurement of electronic components.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and provide comprehensive, proactive support.
• Clarify short‑term requirements, jointly analyze annual planning, explore framework agreements.
• Provide information on changes to components such as end‑of‑life, allocations.
• Record and examine customer requirements and prepare offers.
• Collect and process relevant information on components, orders, deliveries, etc.
• Continuous market observation for electronic components.
• Ensure smooth communication regarding sales activities and transactions (order management).

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training or studies with a commercial and/or technical background.
• Several years of experience in a sales activity of active and/or passive components or related services.
• Strong communication skills and convincing appearance.
• Strategic and analytical approach.
• Independent way of working with high goal and result orientation.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
• Experienced handling of applications such as SAP and MS Office.
• Enjoy making new customer contacts and retaining customers in the long term.
• Strong hands‑on mentality and ability to work in a team.
