Key Account CSM for Beauty SaaS – Growth & Loyalty

Join Stories is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Paris to grow and manage relationships with key accounts in the beauty and cosmetics sector, including L’Oréal brands.

You will coordinate with co-founders Jonathan and Nicolas and collaborate with our technical and product teams to deliver outstanding support, trainings, and strategic reviews that drive adoption and retention. Fluency in French and English is essential, with a strong customer-centric mindset and data-driven approach.
