Job Description

• Lead internal and external business development and design solutions for e-commerce parcel logistics customers.
• Analyze and collect local market intelligence, generate integrated analysis, and provide business support.
• Meet customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery and the lowest cost-to-service for product transportation to the final destination; handle daily operational claims and service requests from customers.
• Support business development for local logistics resources, and handle related processes and documentation.
• Follow the logistics solution processes with the Europe and China teams, including procurement, development, product, customs services, etc.

Job Requirements

• Language skills & proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin; French is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of CN‑EU/CN‑FR cross‑border e‑commerce or EU logistics business development. CN‑EU cross‑border or FR/EU logistics business network/relationships are an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of performing basic data analysis.
• At least 3 years of working experience in logistics, e‑commerce, or supply chain.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
