Legal Counsel (CDI)

Contextual Overview

Ayvens, a global leader in sustainable mobility, is hiring a Juriste for its French legal department in Nanterre. The role involves handling litigation (≈70%) and contract work (≈30%) for the company’s operations.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Master 2 (Bac+5) in Law (private, criminal, business, etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm with strong litigation and contractual exposure
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and French
• Experience in mobility, automotive, equipment‑financing or consumer law is advantageous
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage contentious dossiers, liaising with external counsel, preparing and validating documents for amicable or judicial resolution
• Negotiate, draft and validate contracts and related documents (letters of intent, framework agreements, terms & conditions, amendments, tenders) in French and English
• Provide legal advice to various business units, prepare legal studies and opinions
• Participate in internal projects and group‑wide initiatives
• Conduct internal training sessions for Ayvens staff

Stipend, Compensation & Mode
