Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a leading global consumer healthcare organization in the search for a Website Experience Manager to join its digital experience team.
We are looking for a digital marketing professional with a strong background in website performance, SEO, web analytics, and user experience optimization. The successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert for a portfolio of brand websites, driving visibility, engagement, and business impact through data‑driven recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is not a Product Owner or IT Project Management role. The client is specifically seeking a digital marketing and website strategy professional capable of owning website performance and advising brand stakeholders on best practices and strategic direction.
Requirements
Must‑Have
- 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, Website Performance, or a similar area.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and website visibility best practices.
- Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI‑driven search visibility concepts.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Ability to translate analytics insights into clear actions and priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with marketing, content, design, analytics, CMS, and agency teams.
- User‑centric mindset with a focus on awareness, engagement, and customer journeys.
- Fluent English and business French.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience with A/B testing tools.
- Familiarity with Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Ahrefs, or similar optimization platforms.
- Experience with enterprise or headless CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of retailer‑redirection solutions and digital customer journeys.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards.
- Experience within regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or consumer health.
Responsibilities
- Own the quality, performance, and user experience of a portfolio of brand websites.
- Partner with global marketing stakeholders to define website priorities and optimization opportunities.
- Drive website visibility through SEO and GEO initiatives.
- Analyze website performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and discoverability.
- Optimize customer journeys to improve product discovery and information accessibility.
- Collaborate with design, content, CMS, analytics, and digital teams to deliver enhancements.
- Support campaign readiness and ensure websites effectively capture and convert incoming traffic.
- Communicate roadmap updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Support local teams with guidance, governance, and website best practices.

Start Date: End of July 2026
Location: Europe (Hybrid - 3 days on site in Paris)
Workload: Full‑time
Duration: Long‑term contract
Rate: Up to €650/day
