Junior Technical Solutions Engineer — Hybrid

Datadog in France is seeking a Technical Solutions engineer to educate potential clients and ensure existing customers are happy and successful. You will engage through ticketing, live chat, and screen sharing to resolve technical requests and guide users across Datadog’s 600+ integrations.

You should have a Computer Science/Engineering background, active open-source contributions, and a desire for continuous learning. A hybrid work model applies with on-site days required.
