Junior Tax and Treasury Officer

• Perform daily bank reconciliations for the two Royal Canin companies
• Provide backup support for other French entities when the incumbent is absent
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily banking operations
• Ensure that banking transactions comply with Group processes
• Verify alignment between legal requirements and operational practices
• Ensure accurate accounting of treasury-related accounts during periodic closings
• Ensure that financing is carried out efficiently and recorded correctly in the ERP
• Manage dividend repatriation, as well as the issuance and renewal of loans
• Prepare and submit weekly cash forecasts to the Global Treasury team
• Execute cash pooling activities
• Ensure the smooth completion of bank confirmations during audits
• Respond to auditors’ questions
• Monitor bank fees

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related field
• Initial experience in accounting advisory or audit, ideally in a firm; corporate experience is also valued
• Apprenticeship or work-study experience is accepted as relevant experience
• Fluent spoken French
• Good working proficiency in English, enabling you to work in an international environment
• Motivation to quickly develop your expertise in tax and treasury matters
