Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Proactively hunt for talent on LinkedIn and other platforms, build pipelines before we need them
• Triage inbound applications and identify the strongest fits quickly and fairly
• Run intro calls to pre-screen candidates against clear criteria, and give them a great first impression of Ringover
• Partner with Sales and Care managers to write solid hiring briefs and define their ideal candidate persona
• Help review and improve scorecards to ensure we're evaluating candidates consistently and fairly
• Be a trusted sparring partner for managers who want to hire well, not just hire fast
• Contribute to our employer brand strategy, how we show up on LinkedIn, at events, on campuses
• Help organize and run recruiting events targeting candidates and students
• Think creatively about how we can stand out in competitive talent markets

Requirements

• A first experience in a TA or recruiting role, either in-house (ideally in a fast-growing environment) or in a recruitment agency, this is non-negotiable
• Genuine passion for recruitment and for connecting people with the right opportunities
• Strong people skills, you're naturally curious, a good listener, and people enjoy talking to you
• Leadership mindset: you take ownership, follow through, and don't wait to be told what to do
• Fluent in French and English, both are essential given our geographies. Spanish is a strong plus
• An existing network in the sales or CS talent space is a real advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment where priorities shift and you need to adapt.
