The Role
We are looking for a Junior Property Associate Team , based in our Paris headquarters . This is a entry-level role that is at the heart of our team and is a great opportunity to lift off your career with a first full time role.
You will report to and be supported by the Operations Lead and the Property Coordinator , and will work closely with you on a weekly cadence to review priorities, performance, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio overview: you start with a small portfolio, to get you familiar with our processes, and understand how we work
Team Catch up : you are replacing some of your colleagues while they are off, and support all the organizational changes. The good news? You get to work on a wide range of units/cities (even countries) and this helps you learn the job at your own pace
Tenant Experience: Oversee the resolution of resident requests, maintenance issues (with the help of a maintenance expert), and service complaints with empathy and efficiency. You care about people, and are driven to solve problems quickly rather than argue.

Hands-on mindset: you thrive in the field and enjoy solving problems directly. You
Fluent in French (native or near-native level); English proficiency required for internal communication.

Location
📍 Paris, France (on-site only) — this is a full-time position based in our Paris office, with regular visits to properties as needed.
