Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Product Sales Exexcutive (PSE) to support our Molecular Imaging (MI) team. This role is designed for a professional with a strong clinical background who is eager to transition into a commercial environment. The primary focus will be to collaborate closely with Senior PSEs and the sales team, providing essential clinical and technical support during the pre‑sales phase to demonstrate the value of United Imaging Healthcare MI solutions to customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Pre‑Sales Clinical Support: Work under the guidance of Senior PSEs to provide clinical application expertise during the pre‑sales process, including product demonstrations and site visits.
  • Sales Collaboration: Act as a key resource for the sales team, translating complex clinical features into tangible customer benefits for prospects.
  • Presentation Development: Assist in creating and customizing clinical‑focused presentations and demonstration scenarios that address specific customer workflows and challenges, particularly in PET/CT.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Support Senior PSEs in interfacing with prospects to understand their clinical requirements and workflows, helping to determine optimal system configurations.
  • Tender Management Support: Compile and complete clinical and technical sections of tender questionnaires (TQ) and requests for proposals (RFP) in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Market & Clinical Intelligence: Perform research to understand local clinical practices and competitor offerings. Summarize findings to help the team tailor strategies.
  • Show sites management: Support the management of show sites, including coordinating site visits and ensuring they effectively demonstrate product value to prospects.
  • KOL Relationship Support: Aid Senior PSEs in identifying and developing relationships with clinical Key Opinion Leaders by providing credible technical and clinical dialogue.
  • Additional Duties: Fulfill other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Analytical thinking for understanding customer clinical needs.
  • Eagerness to acquire knowledge of competitors’ products and market dynamics. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Medicine, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related clinical field.
  • Required: 2+ years of hands‑on clinical experience operating PET/CT equipment within a hospital or imaging center.
  • Experience in a vendor role (e.g., Application Specialist) or a strong demonstrated interest in moving into a commercial position is a significant plus. Deep understanding of clinical workflows, diagnostic requirements, and patient care aspects in Molecular Imaging.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PET/CT technology and its clinical applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn commercial acumen and sales processes.
  • Proactive, open‑minded, and eager to develop a career in the medical technology industry. Strong clinical and technical aptitude in PET/CT.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Customer‑facing communication and presentation skills.
