We are currently seeking a Piping Material Engineer (M/F) to join our team based in Nanterre (92).

About the role

You will contribute to the engineering and design of projects carried out by TEN France for the Group’s various Business Lines, including decarbonised solutions (carbon capture, hydrogen, wind power), LNG or biofuels. On these projects, often international, you will interface with teams from other disciplines and with our predominantly international partners.

Responsibilities

  • Validate technical choices defined within the project framework.
  • Prepare technical specifications for piping materials (JSS, JSD).
  • Review and comment on P&IDs.
  • Issue specifications for special materials.
  • Prepare material requisitions for the discipline.
  • Write Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
  • Technically evaluate and recommend suppliers.
  • Ensure qualitative and quantitative follow‑up of requisitions.
  • Respond to technical queries from clients, suppliers and construction sites.
  • Review and manage supplier documentation.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) in mechanical engineering or materials science, OR Bachelor’s degree (Bac +2) with 2–3 years of experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and office software.
  • Fluency in English.
