Our Global Checkout Tech team is a dedicated squad of 9 passionate teammates . Together, we manage the checkout perimeter across more than 80 countries, ensuring that customers can purchase anything from a tent in France to a bike in Japan with a flawless checkout experience.

Your Playground (The Role)

As an OPS Engineer , you will be at the heart of our global operations, responsible for maintaining, scaling, and continuously improving the checkout ecosystem worldwide.

• Maintain & Scale: Ensure the reliability and performance of our checkout systems across 80+ countries.
• Team Play: Collaborate daily with teammates, share knowledge, and engage in pair‑programming.
• Continuous Improvement: Introduce fresh ideas to make our global infrastructure faster, smarter, and more resilient.

What You’ll Need

• Windows System Administration: Extensive knowledge of Windows environments and the ability to manage them at scale.
• Packaging: Proficiency in software packaging and deployment.
• Scripting (PowerShell): Strong PowerShell skills for automating tasks.
• AI / ML: Interest or experience in integrating AI/ML concepts to optimize operations or predict system behavior.
• General Networking: Understanding of routing, switching, and firewall basics to troubleshoot global connectivity issues.
