Junior OneStream Consultant

About the Role

We are working with a growing organisation looking to hire a Junior OneStream Consultant to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is technically minded, eager to learn, and looking to build expertise in financial systems and performance management tools.

You don’t need prior OneStream experience — full training will be provided — but a strong foundation in VBA development and a passion for technology are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of financial systems
• Assist in building, maintaining, and enhancing business processes within the platform
• Work closely with finance and technical teams to gather requirements
• Develop and optimise VBA-based solutions
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

• Experience with VBA development (essential)
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
• Good understanding of finance processes (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to develop a career in consulting
