We’re looking for a rockstar engineer

Reporting directly to our CTO, Grégoire, you’ll help build, refine, and maintain core features and work with the full team at the cutting‑edge of AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a TALL stack app (Tailwind 4, Alpine.js, Laravel 12, Livewire 3) with Eloquent, queues/jobs/events, caching, etc.
• Integrate external services using Saloon; build ETL‑style workflows and AI‑powered automations.
• Write pragmatic tests with Pest 4; keep code clean, typed, and documented.
• Collaborate with the CTO to translate product requirements into well‑designed technical solutions.
• Participate in a tight release loop: small PRs, fast feedback, visible impact.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience with Laravel (side projects and internships count if solid).
• Good grasp of Eloquent, migrations, queues, and testing.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Curiosity and ownership: you read docs, ask questions, and take features to completion.
• Comfort with asynchronous collaboration and startup pace; you think independently and excel at solving problems.
• Reliable and communicative; you meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Livewire, Filament, Saloon, Redis, PostgreSQL.
• Bonus: familiarity with AI/LLM APIs or data pipelines.
• Bonus: interest in public policy, lawmaking, or civic tech.
• Bonus: open‑source contributions, Laravel ecosystem engagement.
