Junior Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview

The Junior Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the European marketing strategy by assisting with day‑to‑day marketing activities, focusing on content production, event support, and campaign implementation. Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator and cross‑functional teams, you will contribute to the smooth execution of marketing initiatives across Tarkett Sports brands, supporting brand visibility, consistency and commercial activities across Europe.

Communication Support

• Assist in the creation, adaptation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, social media content, etc.).
• Ensure marketing materials follow brand guidelines and editorial standards.
• Support coordination with external agencies and internal stakeholders to help deliver creative projects on time.
• Assist in preparing training and sales support materials in collaboration with product and sales teams.

Event Support

• Support the planning and organization of trade shows, technical events, internal seminars and team activities.
• Assist with logistics, supplier coordination and preparation of marketing materials for events.
• Help manage product samples and promotional items (ordering, stock and distribution).
• Contribute to event communication activities before, during and after events.

Digital & Content Support

• Assist in updating digital platforms (websites, landing pages, and social media) with marketing content.
• Support monitoring of digital performance indicators (traffic, engagement, campaign results).
• Contribute to monitoring the online presence of Tarkett Sports and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Administrative Support

• Assist with tracking marketing expenses and processing invoices.
• Assist with administrative follow‑up with suppliers.
• Maintain and organize marketing databases, asset libraries and marketing documentation.
